A simple flow that pairs you with the best team member for your wedding then keeps everything organized from first call to final gallery.
Book & get portal access
After your initial meet-and-greet with one of our coordinators, you will be granted access to the client portal. This is where you can find your proposal, receive notifications about payments and invoices, and access all email threads and messages.
No more digging through email chains or wondering if your message got lost. Everything is centralized—updates, planning details, questions, and shot lists—all in one place. It’s streamlined to make your life easier during this busy time.
Answer a short questionnaire
In the client portal, you will find a questionnaire designed to understand your photography preferences. This includes the types of shots you want to include to fully capture your vision for your gallery, your preferred style (such as posed, candid, or documentary), and any specific moments you want to ensure are captured, among other details.
We also ask about your personalities, your vision for the day, your vibe as a couple, and what matters most to you in telling your story.
We match your photographer
Our team reviews your responses and matches you with the photographer whose personality and working style will complement yours best.
Some couples want someone energetic and outgoing who can rally the group. Others prefer someone calm and observant who blends into the background.

Meet & plan together
You will receive an introduction through the portal and arrange a brief call to meet them.
During this call, you can ask any questions and discuss your expectations, comfort level, and the overall flow of the session. This is also when we will plan your engagement session if you have decided to include one.
Stay connected in the portal
Through the portal, everything is streamlined. Any changes to shoot dates or additional photo and video requests are communicated through the portal.

Final pre-wedding check-in
About a week before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final call with you and your photographer and/or videographer.
This is where we review your shot list, confirm your timeline, go over any last-minute details, and make sure everyone is completely aligned.
